What exactly am I paying $5 for?
This is a fully refundable founding member deposit to reserve your spot on our waitlist. It is NOT a subscription or a coffee purchase. No coffee will ship until we officially launch. Your $5 secures priority access, founding member pricing, and early notifications.
When will Cup Scout launch?
We're currently finalizing partnerships with our first group of micro-batch roasters. Founding members will be the first to know when we're ready to ship. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Is my $5 deposit refundable?
Yes, 100%. If you change your mind at any time before launch, just email us and we'll refund your deposit in full. No questions asked.
What will the subscription cost when you launch?
Final pricing hasn't been set yet, but founding members will lock in exclusive pricing that won't be available to the general public. Your deposit does not commit you to a subscription.
Will I be charged again after the $5?
No. This is a one-time $5 deposit. You will not be charged again until you actively choose to subscribe after we launch. There are no recurring charges, no auto-renewals, and no hidden fees.
